With no wait times, open scheduling, and longer visits, we focus on building a meaningful doctor-patient relationship.

As part of your membership, we also offer access to discounted pricing on labs, imaging, and medications, along with seamless care coordination to ensure you get the support you need—every step of the way.

Membership Pricing

     Monthly Membership Fees

• Ages 0 – 19: $40/month*

• Ages 20 – 64: $95/month

• Ages 65+: $125/month

One-Time Registration Fee

• $225 per member

*Children must be enrolled with at least one parent or guardian.
